Roca Dourada is a free social casino game for entertainment purposes. The service offers games using virtual currency ("Gold Coins"). It is:

  • Not possible to win real money, prizes or any other material value.
  • Not possible to purchase, sell, transfer or redeem Gold Coins for anything of real-world value.

4. Virtual Currency — Gold Coins

Gold Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no monetary value. They exist only within Roca Dourada and cannot be converted into cash, gift cards, products or services. Your balance resets with each page visit. Roca Dourada SA reserves the right to adjust the virtual currency system without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for commercial purposes or to resell coins or accounts.
  • Attempt to circumvent age restrictions or use the service on behalf of minors.
  • Introduce malware, scripts or automated tools ("bots") into the service.
  • Use the service in a manner that violates applicable law or EU regulations.
  • Post defamatory, hateful or offensive content via our contact function.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on rocadourada.com — game design, graphics, audio, text, the Petra character and the Roca Dourada trademark — is owned by Roca Dourada SA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal entertainment. No rights are transferred beyond this.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Roca Dourada SA is not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions, technical errors or loss of virtual coins. Virtual currency has no monetary value, and its loss does not constitute any financial loss. Our total liability to any single user is €0, as the service is free and no financial assets are involved.

9. Changes to the Terms

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent Portuguese courts.
