Roca Dourada is operated by Roca Dourada SA, with registered office at Portugal, Coimbra District, Soure, Rua Combatentes da Grande Guerra, 44, 3130-221 (876 100 576). We provide a free social casino game with no real money involved. Privacy enquiries can be directed to support@rocadourada.com.

2. What Data We Process

We only process data that is necessary to operate the service:

  • Technical data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, screen resolution and connection timestamp. Used to deliver and improve the site.
  • Preference data: Choices related to cookie consent and age verification, stored locally in the browser (__cc_v1, __age_ok).
  • Support enquiries: Name and email address you provide when contacting us at support@rocadourada.com.

We do not collect payment data, national identification numbers, purchase history or social profiles. The service requires no registration.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

The processing of personal data is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Legal bases:

  • Technically necessary cookies: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Does not require consent.
  • Analytical and functional cookies: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), obtained via our cookie banner. May be withdrawn at any time.
  • Support correspondence: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We never sell or rent personal data. We may share data with:

  • Cloudflare Inc. — infrastructure, CDN and anonymised web analytics. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Google LLC — only for paid traffic via Google Ads (consent-based only). Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

All data transfers outside the EEA are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Retention and Deletion

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Anonymised analytics data is deleted after 30 days. Support correspondence is deleted after 12 months from the last contact, unless statutory obligations require longer retention.

7. Your Rights
